VPS started as a university society. The society grew rapidly as it became apparent that students sought exciting social spaces away from campus.

Quickly, it became our mission to promote exciting, original events, catered towards students.

THEO SOKOL
Founder and Co-CEO

Theo began his career with The.Team (formerly Wasserman), where he spent two years developing experience in entertainment marketing. After relocating to Canada, he founded VPS Entertainment and has since overseen the promotion of more than 100 events across the Canada and the UK.
As Founder and Co-CEO, Theo has played a central role in transforming VPS Entertainment from a university society into a fully incorporated company. He has led the organisation’s commercial development, driving strategic growth, expanding its market presence, and establishing the foundations for long-term success. Today, he is responsible for the company’s growth strategy, partnerships, and international expansion.
MAGDALENA BERTON
Co-CEO
Magdalena joined the team in 2022. Prior to joining VPS, Maggie executed high-end hospitality events across Toronto.
As a member of the VPS leadership team, she works alongside Theo to oversee Fight Night operations and drive the company's continued growth and development. Magdalena also manages the VPS Billiards program, successfully expanding it from bi-monthly student pool sessions into a thriving weekly social event that regularly welcomes more than 100 participants."
GABBY WRONA
Toronto Lead
Gabby joined VPS Entertainment in 2025 as head of content creation. She was an imperative part of the marketing team which drove engagement and sales for VPS’ inaugural boxing event in March 2026. Instagram views hit 4 million accounts during the event’s three-month marketing campaign.
Gabby was asked to lead the Toronto division from the beginning of June 2026. Her responsibilities now include taking the lead on maximising expansion within VPS’s most important city.
CHARLIE SOKOL
Head of Art and Design
Charlie joined VPS Entertainment in 2022 after completing a program in design at the prestigious Central St Martin’s in London, UK. Having completed 1,000’s of artworks himself (which have amassed millions of Instagram views), he now leads the overall design team.
Having worked to create VPS' iconic art style, he is responsible for the first steps towards what is now an internationally recognised brand.
CHEYENNE DOMINGO
Head of PR and Sponsorships
Cheyenne joined VPS Entertainment in 2023 to join its social media team. In 2026 she was promoted to Head of PR and Sponsorships. She is responsible for executing important partnerships during our inaugural VPS boxing event as well as developing a relationship with various media outlets in Canada.
IVY THOMAS
Head of Social Media and Marketing
Ivy joined VPS Entertainment in 2024. She has played a pivotal role in developing marketing plans for events in Toronto, Montreal, Edinburgh (UK), and London (UK).
Ivy has amassed a wealth of experience working in Toronto's fashion segment.
KHALEO WILSON
Head of Video Content
Khaleo joined VPS in 2025. Khaleo has created content at some of the most reputable clubs and raves in Toronto. His content regularly amasses 10,000s of views on Instagram.
